Romain and his wife were really great hosts. Attended to our needs in a very timely manner and were always making sure we were doing fine. The apartment itself is exactly as described in the listings and how the pictures look like. It has everything you need for your stay and most importantly it was clean. Will definitely recommend if you a short stay in Medellin.

I had a great time staying here. The apartment was located very close to El Poblado neighbourhood which has great bars and nightlife. There was a convenience store located just around the block. The neighbourhood was very quiet and safe. The apartment itself was very clean and neat. There was plenty of space and it had everything one would need. The area with the hammock was very relaxing and there were plenty of books and information on Medellin if you needed a starting point. Romain was available and attentive. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking to be close to El Poblado but not deal with the noise.

The apartment was exactly as described. Very clean, spacious, and well maintained. Romain and his wife were very helpful. His wife gave us a tour of the neighbourhood when we first arrived. She showed us where the stores and restaurants were located. Romain is very easy going and communicates promptly. Anytime I had a question or concern (for example, the bathroom light went out) he took care of it with no problem. The neighbourhood is very clean and very quiet. I felt very comfortable in the neighbourhood during my 2 month stay. There are restaurants and markets within just a 2 or 3 block radius. Tourist areas and shopping are nearby and easy to get to. Just a quick trip on the nearby metro, Uber, or taxi. I would definitely rent with Romain again and recommend him to others.
